“We loved this property because it was right on the lake, and we could hear the water at night. We were not able to enjoy the was this time but the view from the balcony was wonderful in the morning drinking our coffee. I would suggest leaving coffee for the guests. Also filling the decorative tissue box in the bathroom with tissues.”

“Really enjoyed our stay! Met the owners and they were very nice to chat with. My daughter in her Kayak nearly caught brown trout that was around 30". Unfortunately it broke her line as she tried to get it in the Kayak. Varick is the prettiest location along Cayuga Lake. As an older guy with some serios medical issues it would have been nice to a bath/toilet on the first floor as it was difficult to climb the stairs to get to the two full beautiful bathrooms upstairs.”

“The cabin was very clean and quiet. Kitchen was very well stocked if you wanted to cook. We were very appreciative of the air conditioning as the temp was well into the 90's while we were there. The cabin stayed at a very comfortable temperature. Thank you for a great visit! Marcy”

There is not a major emphasis on guest comfort with this rental - it is evident that the priority is how to rent a home in the cheapest way possible.
